CREDITS PLAY IN BEGINNING

Fade In:

Solitary confinement

A police officer is questioning a prisoner in solitary confinement

Officer is playing with a baton in his hands and acts like he has control over the situation. Officer stops playing with baton right before he begins to speak.  

                  Officer

Do you know why you’re here?

Prisoner sounds and looks scared

Prisoner

I have no idea.

Officer

Tell me what you do know.

Prisoner

Look, all I did was walk into my own house. The door was unlocked…

     SOUND BRIDGE/INTERCUT:

Murder scene that has already taken place

Prisoner pulls house key out of his pocket and begins to unlock door. Door opens without having to unlock it. Prisoner walks in acting suspicious and looks around the room to discover a smeared, bloody handprint on the cabinet leading to a bloody girl, who was a friend of the prisoner’s, dead on the floor. Immediately following this discovery, the prisoner also sees a boy and a different girl spread across one another dead and covered in blood. Prisoner begins to panic and freak out.

FADES BACK TO:

Solitary confinement location

Prisoner has a hint of sadness and fear in his voice.

Prisoner

They’re gone.

Officer

Do you know who would want to do this?

prisoner

No.

Prisoner has a look of desperation on his face.

Officer pulls out a plastic bag that contains the bloody knife used to commit the murder at the same time he speaks.

Officer

We found this.

INTERCUT PRISONER PICKING UP KNIFE WITH SHAKEY HANDS AND TAKING A FEW STEPS

OFFICER

This is what YOU used.

Prisoner begins to have a seizure-looking panic attack

     FADES TO:

Murder house

Prisoner murders his friends.

Friend of prisoner

That was a heck of a party last night.

Friend sees prisoner holding a knife and begins to get concerned.

          What are you doing?

FADE OUT WITH BLUR AND FRIEND SCREAMING TO:

Police officer scene

Two police officers are sitting in a break room talking and facing a door.

One police officer walks into the room in a panicked manner.

Officer #2

          Prisoner [insert number] has escaped.

CUT TO:

Marked police cars are quickly pulling out of a parking garage with their sirens on.

CUT TO:

Police officer uses radio to discuss the location of the prisoner.

CUT TO:

Woods

Prisoner is breathing heavily while running through the woods to prevent the police from catching him.

Dramatic, fast-paced background music

CUT TO BLACK SCRENE FOLLOWED BY TITLE OF FILM
